I have bought a script (with reseller rights) of a game similar to Lords. It is a very high quality commercial script (not like the buggy free stuff you can download from the net). It was a quite popular game for a longer while (so they had the time to polish it and bugfix to a great extend) later the owner abandoned it. I have added some stuff to the code as well. It has a basic admin/moderator area and installer. Everything that you need to run a game is there.

Requirements: PHP5+MySQL+CronJobs (99% of hosts support it), it will work with PHP4 but it is not recommended.

FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Can I translate it to another language?
A: Yes, these are simple txt files, you just open notepad and change any text you want. This task is quite easy, just boring and tedious.

Q: Can I change template?
A: There is no separate template system. To change layout you need HTML knowledge, and probably some PHP.

Q: Can I change pictures?
A: Yes, you just upload different picture in place of the old one (make sure you keep exactly the same filename). To add additional pictures you would need HTML/PHP knowledge.



Note:
There seem to be plenty of people who don't know HTML or PHP and want the script. Yes, you can make it, you can setup the game without such skills and it would work. But be aware that there are limits of what you can do. I advise to get some info about HTML, it is easy and will be helpful.
