9/27/08--LJW Ruler Scoring Method
This idea started along time ago(2007) and now in 2008 is taking its form. Thanks to the players and two great helpers "crackers and luckykiller). We hope you enjoy the new challange as we continue to grow on this scoring method.
9/27/2008--Added Rule: Players Sharing an Internet Connection:
Players that are sharing an internet connection are not allowed to gift, mass attack or be a Sovereign/Vassal to each other.
The game creator provides only technical solution, is not an owner nor administrator of this game and can't be responsible for any harm done by the game owner. You agree to not launch any kind of legal action versus the game creator.
ToS and Privacy Policy may be changed at any time without a prior notice, you are obliged to check if new rules apply after every new version release. |

Players that use any cheat codes, programs or bugs to thier advantage.

- Your email address will be used for game purposes only (like account validation, password recovery, notices about important events, etc). I will refrain from using it, so you won't be spammed. Of course your email won't be sold or given to anyone (except of legal issues, if you try to hack, cheat or abuse the service in other ways).
- The IP address might be stored and cookies created for purpose of tracking multiaccounts, cheaters, hackers. No other data from your computer will be stored by these cookies.
- There may be cookies created by third parties (like advertisers) and IP address might be recorded. I don't have control over it.
- Game administrator has the ability to read messages which might be used to tracking language abuses, it's advised to use other mediums for private and non-game related communication.
- All your game activity may be recorded, stored and processed in various ways for various purposes.
